Mapandan atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Mapandan merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Pangasinan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 38,058 dalam isi rumah 9,326.
