Pamplona atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Pamplona merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Negros Timur, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 39,805 dalam isi rumah 3,057. Ia mempunyai luas 202.20 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 19 meter di atas permukaan laut.
