Perdemangan Lancaster
Perdemangan Lancaster ialah estet persendirian pemerintah British. Estet ini berasal dari tanah yang dipegang oleh demang-demang Lancaster zaman pertengahan, yang berada di bawah kawalan langsung raja apabila Henry Bolingbroke, Demang Lancaster, menaiki takhta pada tahun 1399.[1][2] Pada tahun 1461 Raja Edward IV mengesahkan bahawa Perdemangan tersebut akan diwarisi oleh raja, tetapi dipegang secara berasingan daripada Estet Mahkota, yang lain aset yang menjadi milik raja.
