Sinait atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Sinait merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 25,998 dalam isi rumah 6,897.
