Rosario atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Rosario merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Agusan Selatan, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 49,610 dalam isi rumah 11,671. Ia mempunyai luas 385.05 kilometer persegi dan ketinggian 102 meter di atas permukaan laut.
