Veganisme merujuk kepada tindakan mengelak daripada menggunakan produk haiwan, terutamanya dalam pemakanan, serta suatu falsafah yang menolak kepengunaan haiwan sebagai barangan semata-mata.[a] Seseorang yang mengikuti fahaman atau falsafah sebegini diberi julukan sebagai seorang vegan.
